their investments are protected in the event of a covered injury or illness.
Here's what's covered
Registration Cancellation Insurance
If your registrants are unable to attend an event or unable to continue
to participate in an event once it has started for a covered reason, they will work directly with the insurance company to potentially receive either a full or partial reimbursement of the registration fee, and you may keep that revenue in your pocket.
What's covered?
Participant Registration Cancellation covers a number of different situations, including loss of a family member, serious injury or illness of the registrant or a family member, or involvement in a traffic accident en-route to the event.
How does this benefit my registrants?
If a registrant suffers a serious injury or illness or other covered reason and is unable to attend an event or is unable to continue to participate in an event once it has started, they may receive a refund of the unused portion of their registration fee.
What's in it for me?
If a client cancels due to a covered reason, you don't have to issue a refund; instead, they will work directly with the insurance company, and you will keep your revenue in your pocket.
Participant Accident Insurance
If a client gets injured while participating in one of your events, necessary medical expenses up to $5,000 can be covered through a Participant Accident Insurance policy.
What's covered?
Participant Accident Insurance covers medically necessary expenses that result from a serious injury when complying with event activities.
How does this benefit my clients?
If a client gets injured during an event, they can receive insurance coverage up to $5,000 for necessary medical expenses.

This provides a supplemental accident policy for your clients who opt into this additional coverage.
