Nope! With Upper Hand, we offer a few different price points that cater to different business models. From there, you can build out an unlimited number of events, add as many resources as you need, and invite as many staff members as you have.
Yes! The Upper Hand mobile app is free to download for both the sports business and its clients. Upon logging in with your credentials, you’ll be directed to the specific business, where admins can manage all aspects of their business, and clients can book, and take action via their client profile.

P.S. There are not separate apps for clients and admins. All you need to download is the Upper Hand app in the App Store!
Upper Hand offers a franchise software setup, supporting multi-location businesses that each operate separately. In this instance, you can build out separate instances for each location, which include that location’s programs, staff members, schedules, and more.
Additionally, Upper Hand also supports businesses who operate out of multiple spaces. For example, if you host practices at one of three parks in the area, you can denote which park each event or program will take place, ensuring you and your clients know where to be, and when.
