Todd Linden Joins Upper Hand’s Board of Directors

Former CEO of Paysafe Payment Processing, North America brings a lifetime of experience in FinTech to Upper Hand

INDIANAPOLIS (Oct. 22, 2019) – Upper Hand, Inc., the leader in sports and fitness business software, announced today that Todd Linden has joined its board of directors after his recent appointment to Managing Director of Park Ten Capital One of the industry’s most influential and experienced figures in the acquiring business and a leader in payments technology, Linden formerly served as the CEO of Paysafe Payment Processing for North America. Prior to that, he served as the President and CEO of Merchants’ Choice Payment Solutions where he led the acquisition to Paysafe in 2017 for $470 million. He also previously served as Senior Vice President and Division Manager of Operations at National Processing Company, President and COO of Card Commerce International, and spent 11 years with Bank of America Merchant Services where he held several key management positions. “We’re building Upper Hand for the long-term,” said Kevin MacCauley, Chairman and CEO of Upper Hand. “We’re fortunate to add to our roster of experienced and talented directors who believe that deep technological alignment of software and payments will further our cause as the leading innovator in sports and fitness.” Linden becomes the fifth director on Upper Hand’s board, joining Taylor Kelly, CEO of UP Payments, Thomas Cartee, Vice President at Sheets Smith Wealth Management, Don Courtney, Principal at eBricks Group; and Kevin MacCauley, Founder and CEO of Upper Hand.
