Upper Hand, Inc. Announces Two Chief Officer Promotions

Myles Grote will now serve as chief product officer with Tyler Hill promoted to chief design officer. In their new roles, Grote will lead overall product development and strategy while Hill oversees the company’s entire creative direction. Grote formerly served as chief success officer and helped co-found the company alongside Upper Hand CEO Kevin MacCauley. In the role, Grote built the company’s customer service department to support over 100,000 users. His professional background includes nearly a decade of experience working in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry. Before joining Upper Hand, Grote served as a consulting manager at FactSet Research Systems Inc., helping grow the business by $3 billion over five years. Hill formerly served as the creative director for Upper Hand where he oversaw the creative development of Upper Hand’s innovative software.
