Upper Hand Announces Multiple New Hires to Support Continued Company Growth

INDIANAPOLIS (December 7, 2020) – Upper Hand announces multiple new hires to support the continued growth of the Indianapolis-based sports and fitness software company. This news comes after a round of 7 hires in the previous quarter. Shawn Burcham, Bryce Bradford, Katherine Heidenberger, and Keely McGrath bring industry knowledge and expertise to the accounts, sales, and product teams. Shawn Burcham joins Upper Hand as a Customer Success Manager, where he is responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for growth. Burcham brings six years of experience in the ticket sales industry for professional sports franchises. Katherine Heidenberger has joined the Upper Hand team as an SMB Sales Executive. Previously, she held various roles at Zengo Cycle in Washington DC. She brings 7 years of experience in the boutique fitness industry to Upper Hand. Bryce Bradford joins Upper Hand as a Training Specialist. In this role, he is responsible for onboarding new customers to the Upper Hand software. Previously, Bradford served as an engagement coordinator for a non-profit organization in Lexington, Kentucky. Keely McGrath comes to Upper Hand as a Product Marketer, responsible for gaining a deeper understanding of Upper Hand’s users and competitors to guide marketing initiatives, sales positioning, and product direction. McGrath previously worked at Allegion, where she held roles in product, digital, and field marketing. Last month, Upper Hand also welcomed Raj Dasani as a Data Analyst. Dasani will create a portfolio of predictive analytics solutions to create suggestions that align with the priorities and growth of Upper Hand. Dasani is currently pursuing a B.A. Data Science and B.S. Business Administration at the University of California at Berkeley.
