As we close out 2025, we are taking a moment to reflect on what has been an incredible year at Upper Hand and to share how those wins translated into smoother operations, smarter workflows, and more efficient growth for the businesses we serve.

Many of the features and enhancements released in 2025 came directly from conversations with our customers, support requests, and day-to-day product feedback. When classes fill up, opportunities do not have to stop. Waitlists help organizations capture demand and automatically notify clients when spots open, increasing participation and revenue.

User Permissions
Custom access levels allow administrators to control exactly what staff members can see and manage, improving both security and efficiency.

Client Browse Events
Updated event categories make it easier for clients to find, explore, and register for the programs that matter most to them, reducing friction during registration.

View and Edit Registration Field Answers
Registration details can now be viewed and edited directly from event rosters, eliminating the need for spreadsheets and manual workarounds.

Create Custom Registration Fields
