Innovation Issue: Upper Hand Product Update Q1

product update

We’re excited to share some of the latest updates to Upper Hand.

Whether you’re preparing for a busy spring season or looking to improve how your programs run day to day, these updates are designed to give you more flexibility and visibility across your operations.

Let’s dive in!

Staff Availability: Multiple Schedules

We’ve added more flexibility to staff availability by allowing multiple availability schedules across different time frames.

Staff can now set different availability for specific date ranges, such as summer versus the rest of the year, without needing to update their schedule manually each time.

This makes it easier to manage changing schedules and helps ensure availability stays accurate without requiring last-minute updates.

Secondary Account Manager

Primary account holders can now assign a secondary account manager to their account.

This allows two adults to manage a shared profile while keeping their individual account details, such as payments, separate.

This helps families manage accounts more easily while maintaining clear boundaries between profiles.

Client Profile: Invoices Tab

We’ve introduced an invoices tab directly within the client profile.

You can now view a client’s invoices in one place, even after payments have been completed.

This provides better visibility into billing history and makes it easier to reference past invoices without needing to search across separate records.

Client Profile: Share Credits

We’ve added the ability for clients to share unused booking credits across profiles within the same account.

Staff can now transfer credits between profiles without needing to cancel and recreate purchases.

This simplifies account management and removes the need for manual workarounds when plans change.

Customer Waiver and Membership Agreement History

Customers can now view and download their historical waivers and membership agreements.

Previous versions of signed documents are now accessible, even after updates are made.

This provides better record-keeping and makes it easier to reference or share documentation when needed.

Client Profile: Waiver History

Staff and admins can now view a client’s waiver agreement history.

In case you update your waiver and they haven’t agreed to the most up to date waiver, you still have their historical waiver on file.
