New and Improved Retail

We’ve added more flexibility to retail product setup. You can now associate a vendor, apply product tags, and assign a retail type to each product.

These additions give you more detailed reporting and make it easier to track performance across vendors, categories, and product types.

Upgrade/Downgrade Memberships

No more setting a membership to cancel and trying to remember when to resell their new requested membership!

From the client profile, you can now set a membership to upgrade or downgrade at the end of their current billing cycle, and the software will take care of the rest!

Event Evaluations

Give athletes meaningful feedback that lives beyond the event.

With Event Evaluations in Upper Hand, you can easily create custom evaluations for your camps and clinics, capture performance insights in real time, and share results directly with athletes through their account—or via email.

From customizable fields to comments and file uploads, everything you need to deliver professional, actionable feedback is built right into your event workflow.

Classes: Waitlist

You can now enable a waitlist for each class once it reaches max capacity. When a class fills up, clients can join the waitlist instead of seeing it as unavailable.

From the class view, you’ll be able to see everyone who has joined the waitlist, when they joined, and their invite status — all in one place.
